My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with full kitchen facilities, but they often had a damp smell and lacked proper ventilation. The service was top-notch, with the friendly staff going out of their way to accommodate my needs. The location was convenient, close to both Surfers and Broadbeach, with easy access to public transport. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short with cold service and long waits for food.

The rooms are excellent and fun-looking, but unfortunately, there is no air conditioner. The pool and spa are great, though a bit cool for swimming during certain times.
